We have handled many of these artist-made doll Carriages through the years, but we haven't offered one in a very long time. Originally created in Belgium from vintage tea and biscuit tins, the workmanship is excellent. The oilcloth hood actually operates, and the piece rolls along smoothly. These carriages work very well with small fashion dolls or bebes – but you'll have to supply the baby!

Extraordinary rectangular carton Box covered in French blue paper with a faux tortoise edge. The center medallion features an extremely lovely and colorful floral bouquet and is trimmed in tiny braid.
Inside you will find wonderful compartments (one lined in claret velvet), with gilt details. An elaborate embossed paper scene of a fine interior is the focal point, and is complete with a roaring fire and a real mirror over the mantel! Some minor losses to the paper here and there, but inside it is perfect. Truly a gem.
