First and foremost, the coloring of this wonderful ensemble is closer to cranberry than the scarlet it appears to be on our screen. The styling of this walking suit is marvelous, and your German ladies will adore it. Fine red wool was utilized, with lace and ruched silk ribbon acting as decoration.
The condition is good, with a a few light moth issues, however there is a loss to a portion on the back of the left sleeve. Suitable for a doll such as a Gibson Girl who stands 23-24" tall.

Fine white cotton Dress with a pattern of ecru silk threads throughout. The waist is constructed of a band of cutwork lace, and fine lace edges the squared collar. The bodice has a wide vertical tuck in the center with four smaller tucks on either side. The long sleeves are slightly flared at the cuff and the skirt is gathered with a wide hem.
