A world class Biedermeier suite that will enhance the finest dollhouse parlor, this set features the exquisite printed chintz upholstery. There is a sofa with classical lines, plus six chairs, and a center table. All pieces feature an ebonized finish with gilt transfer decoration. In very good condition, the sofa has had a clean reglue to the left front leg that involves the center rail, plus scattered reglues to the other chairs.

This three-piece suite of cast metal furniture is indeterminate in its age, but the style is fantastic. It is reminiscent of Victorian cast iron lawn furniture in its fine details. The condition is very good.

A five piece Parlor Suite with a decidedly French ambience, this set is comprised of a settee and four side chairs, all covered in the palest blue silk upholstery, and all with gilt painted, turned wood legs. Rope and gimp decorates the edges, and the skirting is made up from matching silk that was given a fringed edge. The condition is good, due to scattered foxing and a few tender areas.
Lovely in a French room box, or your dollhouse parlor or boudoir.

Double beds in the dollhouse world are very difficult to come by, so we were very happy to acquire this superb brass example. Details include a tubular brass frame, with lovely finials and brilliant silk faille bedding that includes a custom made half-tester.

We are always amazed by miniature furniture pieces, which when photographed, require measurements in order to truly grasp how large they are! During a recent trip to Paris, we were offered this spectacular Florentine Console and Mirror and just could not leave without it.
The water-gilded console is expertly constructed and molded on a wood frame, complete with initial "B" signature on the dovetailed oak stretcher, with a shaped rouge marble top (repaired) providing a lovely surface. The classic Florentine looking glass (loss to small part of crest) compliments the base perfectly and the two create a piece that is simply peerless.
The console measures: 3-5/8" tall and 4-1/4" wide.
The mirror measures: 7" tall and 4-1/4" wide.
Overall height: 10-5/8" tall.

We have never seen a more complete suite of Bentwood! This charming and colorful group includes a two-tone settee, two arm chairs, two side chairs, a table, a darling ottoman and a matching wall mirror. Rich silk velvet covers the seat furniture. Unusual Biedermeier flat-top Desk with original mahogany finish, gilt-stenciled details and featuring nine working drawers with silver metal knobs and an embossed red leather top. The two top drawers pull out with flat embossed leather tops inside, and if you pull those two drawers out completely you will find a secret compartment in the back of the drawer. Amazing detail for such a tiny piece and in very good condition!

Absolutely fantastic porcelain Console, with figural front legs which feature beautifully painted cherubs. Garlands of tiny pink rosebuds grace the front also, while the table top features finely painted flowers. Although the piece is definitely antique, it bears a faux Meissen marking underneath the table top (fairly common practice). The detail and coloring throughout is beyond exquisite. Wonderful in a fine dollhouse or in a vignette of all bisque dolls.
