Years ago, when we obtained possession of the well known American Red Cross Museum resident, Miss Rose Percy, many different examples of small German all-bisque dolls were included in the sale - many were costumed as nurses. The lot offered here, three all-bisque ladies, is the last of the Rose Percy small dolls. Attributed to Hertwig, these examples are created as a one piece head, torso and legs - with strung arms. The painted features are well done and the wigs are original. Each wears a commercially-made costume. The overall condition of each is excellent.
