This charming china bottle is in the form of a darling child with a sweetly molded and painted face with full, blushed cheeks and googly, downward glancing eyes. Her face is framed by blonde curls and an oversized red bonnet. She “wears” a molded and painted white dress with a blue ribbon detail at the hem and holds a bunch of vividly colored flowers in her sweetly chubby hands. The bottle opening is at the back of her head (firing flaw at rim of opening and missing cork or stopper). The back of the figure features a molded cricket. Underside marked: Germany, Lower back back edge incised: 134 16 (Dresden Mark?)
