This German bisque novelty, n the form of a blonde woman as a pedestal mounted bust, is intended to be a bit naughty. Fill with water, put your lips upon the opening at the top of her head and blow, and you will cause a stream of liquid to emanate from the two tiny holes at her bust. She features nice bisque quality, a beautifully detailed face with blue eyes and a wavy, dark blonde updo. Her bust is nestled in a border of green leaves and a pedestal edged in pink. She wears a necklace of pearl style beads. In beautiful condition.
