Here we have a group of eight cigar box rugs, perfect for the dollhouse. Rendered in soft, low pile velvet in luscious, jewel tones, the miniature rugs were used as advertising pieces with the tobacco labels printed on back. The carpets were also given as premiums or promotional items with the purchase of cigarettes.
