$395.00

Is your doll in the market for a fixer upper? She will have to put on her apron and roll up her sleeves for this satisfying project that could prove to be her dream home…

This delightful “Blue Roof” dollhouse made by the German firm, Moritz Gottschalk, circa early 1900s, is in need of a little TLC. Constructed of pine and covered with a lithographed exterior of faux brick, the house also features a vivid, blue-painted roof and portico.

Further details include a front porch with metal railings and portico with blue-painted roof, wide front steps, and a non opening front door and an upstairs center window with a metal railing. The front of the house opens to reveal two spacious rooms with the original pine wood interior retaining fragments of the original papers - the interior could be re-papered or painted to a new owner’s taste.

Interior floors measure, 4 3/4” deep, 8 1/4” wide, ceilings measure, 5 1/2” tall (downstairs) 4 1/4” tall upstairs.
Overall measurements, including base, 9 3/4” wide, 9 3/8” deep (including front steps) 16 3/4” tall (including chimney).

The house is being sold as is and does present losses and discoloration to lithographed exterior, as well as vertical cracks to lower edge of bottom front windows.
