We are delighted to offer a classic Silber and Fleming box-back dollhouse, circa 1880s, that stands at an impressive height, and features six fully-furnished and accessorized rooms, plus a stairhall.

The dollhouse features wooden construction with a vibrant, painted brick style front with climbing floral vines of vintage millinery, two rows of glazed windows bordered in white and two lower bay windows (left front bay window missing glass), a portico with interior stairs, and classical columns. The rear of house features a rich brown lacquer finish.

The front of the house opens to a downstairs with a fully equipped kitchen with a brown tile floor, and a dining room, the second floor features two parlors and the third floor offers two lavishly appointed bedrooms. The two flights of stairs feature white-painted railings and are carpeted in richly hued red velvet, while the rooms are carpeted in antique, richly dyed wool carpet.

The rooms are lavishly furnished and accessorized with antique and vintage items including wooden furniture upholstered in silk, ormolu and soft metal accessories and lighting, crockery, china, pots and pans, decorative statues and figures and delightful vintage food items. The house is papered with a variety of antique floral patterns. The upstairs fireplaces are rendered in molded plaster.

This extraordinary dollhouse remains in beautiful antique condition.
