This “Patent Washable” young man wears a charming suit of clothes that makes us think of Ireland and Leprechauns. His papier-mâché shoulderhead includes fixed blue glass eyes and full cheeks with coral blushing. He wears a curly blonde mohair wig and a top hat of charcoal felt trimmed with green silk ribbon.
On a firmly stuffed body with papier-mâché lower arms and lower legs, he wears a sewn-on costume comprised of a tailed coat in charcoal wool felt with gold toned buttons down the front, a green vest over a collared cotton shirt with a green silk tie and brown corduroy britches. He wears charcoal stockings and brown oilcloth shoes. He does present minor wear to face.
