Here we have a tiny and finely detailed needle sculpted doll created from fine cotton. Features include a delicately embroidered face with black eyes, black hair of fine wool yarn styled in sausage curls and topped with a blue silk faille bonnet trimmed in lace. She is on a firmly stuffed cotton body with amazingly tiny, articulated fingers and legs that terminate in blue silk boots.
Her sweet dress is comprised of blue silk faille with an ecru lace overlay and blue silk ribbon ties at the shoulders (lace is tender with an area of minor damage at upper front left). She would make a charming doll’s doll or an ideal occupant of the dollhouse nursery. Measures: 3” tall
