Features of this lovely cloth doll, who is slightly reminiscent of Miss Columbia, include fine facial painting with petal pink blushing throughout her face, blue eyes and coral red lips. Her nicely shaped, seamed head features a head of hair painted in light brown. On a firmly stuffed cotton body with mitt style hands, hinge sewn knees, and black lower legs, she wears an early dress of red wool with brown vine and French knot embroidery details (scattered moth holes to dress.) Underneath, a cream flannel petticoat is worn and black cotton stockings and vintage brown leather shoes complete her presentation. She remains in very nice condition with normal surface wear to facial painting and discoloration to body.
