Details of this charming African American child (attr. to Art Fabric Mills) include nicely rendered features, a firmly stuffed cotton twill body with curled hands, hinge sewn elbows and knees and seamed, tapered feet with printed toes. She wears a darling dress of small scale black and white floral calico with a ruffled turkey red calico placket and hem. She displays wonderfully, but does present overall fading and discoloration including an area of discoloration / color transfer below left side of mouth.
