We are pleased to offer a pair of printed cloth dolls, sewn in profile, in the form of the classic puppetry characters, Punch and Judy. Punch wears a cap which reads “Punch,” a ruffled collar and cuffs, bears a sweetly mischievous expression and carries a “slapstick.” Judy wears a ruffled bonnet with a ribbon that reads, “Judy,” a coral leaf print dress and a red and white polka dot apron and carries a pouch. The dolls display wonderfully, but do present scattered holes, areas of mending and foxing (Judy does present minor sawdust leakage).
