The set is rendered in fine porcelain and expertly decorated with a classic violet motif with gilt details. A handled tray (stamped Gemma on the base), four cups and saucers, creamer and open sugar bowl and of course, a teapot are included.

Remarkably, all pieces remain nestled in their original compartmentalized box. The set is housed in its original carton box covered in leather style finish with an antique floral label on top. All china pieces remain in beautiful condition with only minor finish wear, although the box does present normal, age-related wear including finish loss and warping.
