“Hickory dickory dock, the mouse ran up the clock…” This gorgeous piece not only evokes the classic nursery rhyme, but would be an instant centerpiece to the finest doll’s salon or vignette. Featuring fine details similar to a salesman sample, this expertly crafted piece features beautiful inlaid details, a faux shaped door with a tiny bone handle, a case with an opening glass door with bone handle and a floral painted metal border to the face of clock. The top back panel opens. In beautiful condition, save for a chip to veneer on left front leg and back right leg. The watch movement works sporadically, so it is best to say the piece is non-working, but it displays beautifully.
