This sweet tot, by the German firm Melitta, features a perfect bisque head with nice molding and painting including exceptionally creamy bisque with full, gently blushed cheeks, dark blue sleep eyes with black mohair lashes, vivid coral-painted lips with two pearly, rounded front teeth and pierced nostrils. His face is framed by a dark blonde mohair wig in a sweet, cropped style topped with a classic straw hat.
On a fully-jointed composition toddler body in good condition, but with a re-painted finish, this young man wears a handsome two-piece costume in white cotton pique with blue soutache trim and lace edging. Tan stockings with fine blue and white stripes are worn under cream oilcloth shoes.
