Here we have a classic 18" Simon and Halbig 1079 Child. This little beauty features a perfect bisque with head with an adorable dimpled chin, an open mouth, blue glass sleep-eyes, luxurious painted lashes, and molded and painted brows. Her pierced ears are fitted with earrings with iridescent white stones. Her dark blonde mohair wig is styled in a mass of curls and topped with a gorgeous picture hat in ruched pink silk.
On a ball-jointed composition body, with the original paint finish in good condition, (save for scattered surface wear, particularly to hands) she wears classic antique dress of fine, dotted swiss cotton with a rosette style sash of lemon yellow rayon tape. Underneath, she wears layers of antique underthings including pantalettes and two slips (one slip is in yellow cotton organza). Cream stockings and cream leather shoes complete her classic presentation.
