This lovely German character girl from the Kley & Hahn firm bears a sweetly shy expression. Further details include a perfect bisque head with classic modeling and painting including full, blushed cheeks, a closed mouth with beautifully painted lips in a pretty mauve hue, a double chin and luminous brown glass sleep-eyes (lids showing some wax loss) framed by delicately painted lashes and brows. A long antique human hair wig in a beautiful shade of auburn brown falls to her waist in gentle waves and is topped with a knitted bonnet in a rich shade of burgundy.
On a fully-jointed composition body in good condition, save for normal age-related wear, she wears an antique cotton plaid dress in a palette of rich browns, featuring full sleeves with bretelles and fancy feather stitched details.
Underneath, she wears cotton pantalettes trimmed in eyelet lace. Long black cotton stockings and side button leather boots complete her classic look.
