Here we have a wonderful hat rendered in buckram and covered in red crushed velvet with a dove grey silk chiffon band, a pleated, apple green brim and a chin tie of ecru cotton tape (at one time elasticized). Silk lining of brim does present tender areas and minor discoloration, but displays beautifully.
