This charming little girl from the beloved German doll maker Kathe Kruse (1883-1968), features a beautifully modeled and painted face with a gorgeous pink tinted complexion (tiny rub to tip of nose, surface crazing at the edge of right eye), expressive painted-hazel eyes, nicely modeled ears, and a full, brunette human hair wig adorned with a plaid bow.
On a firmly stuffed cloth body with jointing at the wide hips and tab attached arms, this darling child wears a tagged Kathe Kruse dress in blue linen, a cozy sweater and a crisp linen apron. Fine cotton pantalettes edged in tucks and lace, cocoa brown stockings and brown leather shoes complete her presentation. She remains in nice condition, save for light soiling to hands.
