Here we have a darling Effanbee Patsyette doll. This little girl exudes the sweet charm of the 1930’s. She features side-glancing brown eyes, rose red lips and molded titian hair in a bob (head and face do present some crazing, stringing at neck is loose, minor crack to base of neck in back.) She wears a darling all-in-one romper and dress in a sweet floral print on a field of candy pink, with a built in sash and wide, ruffled organdy collar. Black oilcloth shoes and silky cream socks complete her charming look.
