Here we have a darling “Patsy Joan” doll by Effanbee. Details include a molded and painted composition head with titian hair styled in a bob, green sleep eyes and a pert, rose red mouth (scattered rubs to hair). On her original composition body which remains in wonderful condition, she wears a nautical style cotton romper in red and cream. Finely knitted cream stockings and red leather shoes complete her presentation. Shoulders embossed EFFANBEE Patsy Joan.
