ABOUT SHIPPING
Due to the automated nature of this web site provider’s format, calculating custom shipping charges is not an option, due to the varied sizes and weights of our merchandise. With this in mind, we have established Flat Rate Shipping Charges that are automatically added to each purchase, both domestic and foreign.
In some cases, this charge will be excessive, so overage will be refunded to the buyer, once actual costs are established. Conversely, if the actual shipping charge exceeds the Flat Rate Charge that we automatically impose, we will absorb the loss.* We believe this to be a fair compromise that benefits our clients, and one that we are happy to offer.
*On occasion, there will be exceptions to this policy concerning exceptionally large, heavy or extremely high value items.
We may choose from the following options: US MAIL (Priority or First Class depending upon the value, type and size of the item) or Federal Express Ground Service. 


We have a lot of experience shipping dolls and accessory items internationally, and we are always happy to do so. Please rest assured that we strive to make the customs clearing process easy for our clients through accurate and readily visible documentation. 

We offer a 3-day return privilege on Mail Order items. Items that you choose not to keep must be returned to us in the condition in which they were sent. Returned items must be fully insured, and the client is responsible for return shipping costs unless other arrangements have been agreed upon in advance.  

CUSTOM LAYAWAY

We would be delighted to set up a Custom Layaway Purchase for you, just give us a call or send us an email to start your Layaway today.
•Layaway plans to fit your needs are available and can run up to one year in length.
•Layaways are risk and interest free. Remember, layaway payments are non-refundable, once a payment plan has been established.
•If you choose to cancel your layaway, we will offer store credit toward another item of your choice, (less a 10% [of the original selling price] re-stocking fee) to compensate you for any payments made.
•We do send monthly statements in order to keep our layaway clients informed of their progress. 
•We require a layaway payment every month - we do not require a specific increment of the balance.
•If a layaway client misses two consecutive months of payments, we reserve the right to cancel the layaway contract.
•By initiating a layaway plan, you are agreeing to the above terms.
